Okay, the whole Traffic site "Expose your blog" situation is fine now. **knock on wood.
My ticket was closed again but at least the owner, Dr. Don, replied and said that "We're OK now." I'm glad he understands. If I was in his shoes, I would have forgotten about the whole pop-up blocker. It didn't occur to me that he might have missed that until after I read his reply. So, so far--so good.

For those of you visiting from "Exposeyourblog.com" and see a pop-up coming up from my blog, please understand that I have no control of it whatsoever. It's the price for having a free blog service. But you can protect yourself from viruses that some may carry from them (thanks for that info, B
) and the annoyance of pop-ups by turning on your pop-up blocker. The one I use shows only a bar (I hardly notice it), stating that it prevented a pop-up from showing. It's from "Mozilla Firefox." For info or to download it, here is their website. If you get "Firefox," here is where you click for the pop-up blocker. (See picture below).
1) Click "tools"
2) Go down and click on "Options"
3) Click the "Content" tab
4) Check off the "Block pop-up windows".
5) Press OK.
That's it!

Hi everyone! I finally found a few good news--real news!
For those of you who are new to reading my "Good News Daily" posts, it's usually just good news I make up, since there are too many bad news in the TV and in the world, I thought there should be a newspaper or something with good pieces of news to make us happy and not bring us down. Of course it's not really "daily" news since I can't find good news everyday, but luckily I did find some good ones today.
And they're real. LOL!
Enjoy!

19th Amendment turned 90 today.
Did you know that women got to vote 90 years ago? Before you say "duh!" get this: there were some states like Michigan where women got to vote before then. Here is a video clip about it.

30? "Ahhhhh!"
Remember the famous "Ahhhhh!" kid? Well, he turned 30 today. Macaulay Culkin was and still is widely known as the kid actor who shouted the famous "Ahhh!" and pulled these simple yet complicated traps for 2 thieves in the movies, "Home Alone" 1 and 2.
Personally, I didn't know he was that old. No, 30's is not old, but I meant I didn't know that was his age. I thought he was in his twenties. Anyway, here is his latest pic. See how he looks now.

"Accept Friend"...MOM!
70 percent of parents "Friend" their kids on Facebook, study shows.
My opinion: Although there are parents that trust their kids to do the right thing, (some do work. In my family it does, ) but there are other responsible parents looking out for their children in cyberspace too. That's awesome! Whether the child likes it or not, it is a good idea for parents to "friend" them to keep an eye out. Your child may not like it but someday they will thank you for it. By "friend-ing" them online, you can see that no predator interacts with your child. Even if you have that "feeling" that someone is trying to get involved in your child's personal life, step in and put a stop to it. And remember, never give out personal info. If someone asks you AND your child where they are from, their name, etc., just say "Sorry, but that info is personal."
Kids, your parents love you more than you can know and they know what's best to keep you safe. So trust them, they aren't there to invade your privacy. They are there to guard you from predators so you can have fun online.
Based on my experience, if you listen to your parents, it saves you a lot of problems you would have gotten if you didn't listen to them. Even your life.

SMILE AND... GOTCHA!
There are rare chances when a photographer catches a thief in progress and calls it luck. Well, that is what happened to the Myers Family. The Myers Family went to Wisconsin to attend a wedding. In this photo, they posed in front of the Wisconsin State Capitol building right when a thief decided to go and snoop into their bags. The Myers family took a closer look at their photo they had shot and to their surprise, they caught a robber in the act. They ran inside the building for the Capitol Police and showed them the photo. Minutes later, one officer found the thief still in the area.
So the happy ending was not only a Kodak moment but also recovering everything that was stolen. The cherry on top was having the robber hauled off to jail. Talk about catching a photo moment. To read the details, click here. For the full news.-- All photos and news are from Yahoo.
